J Irwin Company was founded in December 1999 by NG Cotton, a visionary leader with unmatched experience, knowledge, and determination in the natural gas construction industry. What started as a small team of five has grown into a thriving company of over 300 employees and continues to expand.
For the past 25 years, under NG’s steady leadership, J Irwin Company has achieved remarkable growth while preserving the same commitment to quality and attention to detail that defined its first day. NG takes great pride in the mutual support between the company and its employees and is deeply committed to making J Irwin Company not only a successful business but also a great place to work.
Beyond his professional role, NG is an active figure in the Bastrop County community. He serves on the board of the Lion’s Club in Paige, Texas, and regularly volunteers at events and charitable initiatives.
